Samples are pre-printed suites and cannot be customized. Please note that colors may vary slightly from your screen and between photographs. We highly recommend ordering a sample to check colors before placing a custom order.
The sample includes:
(1) 5x7 invitation
(1) A7 envelope
(1) A7 envelope liner
(1) 3.5×3.5 square detail card
(1) A2 RSVP card
(1) A2 envelope
(1) Belly band
Please note the only add-on included is your sample comes fully assembled.

Your $100 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final invoice. Once your deposit is received, a contract, questionnaire, and addressing document will be emailed. You can request additional add-ons in your questionnaire. You will get customized PDF proofs within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving your completed questionnaire and a signed contract. Orders will be shipped within 3 weeks of final proof approval (final balance is due prior to printing). Timeline will vary based on add-ons selected and approval.
For envelope printing, we will supply a spreadsheet for your addresses. Addresses will be printed exactly as you type them into the provided template.
Please note that postage is not an available add-on.

Quotes: A quote is good for 30 days, as prices are subject to change. Changes in the order, at any point, will likely change the original quoted price.
Rush Fees: Rush fees are not included in our regular pricing. They start at a minimum of $50 and depend on the size of your order, the requested timeline, and the design.
Assembly & Mailing: Unless upgraded, envelope liners, ribbons, belly bands, etc., are assembled DIY. All semi-custom suites arrive in separate pieces and must be assembled and mailed by the client.
Color/Format Changes: Color changes are not included in our regular pricing. In some instances, we may be able to provide a color change at an additional cost that starts at a minimum of $50. However, it is our discretion if we choose not to. We do not alter the layout or any other aspects of our semi-custom designs.
Edits: Additional changes to proofs after the first three rounds of revisions will incur a $25 fee per proof and may result in delays. These fees must be paid before sending additional proofs. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your proof updates.
Proofs & Reprinting: The client is SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for proofreading responsibilities. If the client finds errors in the final printed designs, the client will be responsible for the design labor, reprinting, and material costs and fees necessary to remedy the error. The exact fees depend on the order details and must be paid before reprinting starts.

On average, it takes 4 weeks from the start of design to the day your order ships. Orders are shipped within 3 weeks of final proof approval. The timeline may vary based on the add-ons selected. While we will always do our best to accommodate, we are not responsible for delays due to late payments or last-minute changes by the client.
When design proofs are emailed, it is the client’s responsibility to view the individual documents/mock-ups and promptly submit feedback. Due to the time it takes to make changes, we request that you send any proof changes at least three business days before final proof approval. We are not responsible for proof approvals submitted late due to last-minute changes. Customization includes all information and text changes with three rounds of revisions.

Paper goods are made by hand, which may result in slight variations. These variations include, but are not limited to, paper dimensions, ink color, and embellishments. Robin Design Co. strives to display the product accurately; however, depending on monitor settings, web browser, etc., printed and final products may vary slightly. Designs printed via digital machines may have variations in placement. Any such variations shall not be considered an error and will not warrant replacement or a refund.
